Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Did you choose the wrong color or size? You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a refund. * If your product is defective, head to the warranty policy. Please note that no product purchased online can be refunded in store.
Refund terms: For hygienic reasons (such as preventing the spread of fleas and other nuisances), the product must be in its original sealed packaging (vacuumed plastic wrap), with all original tags attached. The product must be in perfect condition for resale and must never have been used. You will be asked for a photo of the item to be refunded when placing your request. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable. The same applies to the surcharges applied to the delivery of bulky items and delivery to remote areas.
* All refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 days of confirmation of the refund.
Final sales products: Products that cannot be refunded or exchanged are: toys, clearance accessories, treats, gift cards or any other item marked FINAL SALE.
